Personal Training was formed in 1996 by former Coldstream Guardsman Franco Gasparotti.
Franco is also the founder of the Coldstream Kids Charity and is responsible for
organising all fund raising events and fitness training camps for those former
& serving members of the Coldstream Guards.
Who
wish to take part inthe Coldstream Kids Charity's sponsored challenge events.
Franco
offers a complete fitness package to clients both young and old and specialises
in increasing mobility for those people who have had physical problems in the
past. He can advise on diet and fitness and help you devise -and keep to - a fitness
plan for life. Franco is an experienced trainer operating from his private gym
based in Epsom, Surrey. Franco's clients can testify that he provides an outstanding,
first class personal training and fitness service. |

Army. Formed in 1650 it has given over 350 years of Loyal Service to Queen and
Country. It is only fitting that such an 'Elite' Regiment have a website that

Website, Coldstreamers.co.uk was Founded by Nick Guyan in December 2000, and was
the very first Website set up for the use of former and serving members of the
Coldstream Guards to communicate with each other or just catch up with old friends
and to organize Reunions. One of the most popular Message Boards can be found
on this Website and is visited by up to 60000 users Monthly. The Coldstreamers
Website was handed over by Nicky Guyan to Pete Markiw in November 2006, Mac Finkill
from the Middlesbrough Branch also administers and assists with the day to day
policing of the message board Note that if you have anything that you would like

former Coldstreamer Mac Finkill who is also Vice President of the branch. This
is a very informative website packed with news and information Coldstream Guards
